PATTERSON Industries Canada, "The Process Equipment People" designs, engineers and manufactures the PATTERSON Vee Blenders for a wide range of applications and production requirements.

The PATTERSON Vee Blenders is one of the most versatile blenders available in industry today. It is completely self-contained, easy to clean and ruggedly built to give years of reliable service. It represents many years of experience gained by PATTERSON engineers in the science and technology of mixing.

While the PATTERSON ThoroBlender® is designed to operate at or close to its capacity, the PATTERSON Vee Blenders due to its Vee Shell construction operates efficiently with loads between 40% and 100% of the working capacity of the machine without incurring significant increases in blending times. This is of great importance in industries where batch sizes vary due to the nature of the business.

PATTERSON Vee Blenders are available in carbon steel, stainless steel, special alloys, as well as in plastics. When it is necessary to blend extremely fine-divided materials that tend to form tightly-bonded agglomerates, the Vee Blenders is equipped with a special internal disintegrating or dispersing element to provide rapid mixing and blending in a single operation.

The PATTERSON Vee Blenders is ideally suited for the blending of all dry, free-flowing materials. The blending taking place in a closed vessel is completely dust-free. Laboratory models and production models from 1 to 75 cu. ft (0.028-2.1 cu. m) are available.

PATTERSON offers the Porta-Shell Blending System that incorporates a Vee Blenders Shell feature for research and development. More information on this unit can be accessed under PORTA-SHELL BLENDING SYSTEMS.

Please note:  PATTERSON has in-house expertise to design and supply operating control systems for all of our process equipment, whether it is a simple start/stop with cycle time or complex multi-stage systems executing recipes or formulas and communicating with existing plant control systems.
