PATTERSON
Industries Canada "The Process
Equipment People" designs, engineers and manufactures Evaporators to customer's
specifications and process parameters. PATTERSON's
Shell & Tube type Heat Exchangers and Condensers are
built to meet the requirements of the ASME Code, Section VIII, Division I and in
accordance with the Tubular Exchanger Manufacturers Association (TEMA) standards.
Mechanical and Thermal design utilizes computerized technology that allows for the optimum
performance while considering cost and available space.
PATTERSON's manufacturing
facility together with full transportation access allows for the machining and fabricating
of Heat Exchangers and Condensers from most of the more common materials, in sizes up to
15 feet (4.5 m) in diameter and up to 100 tonnes. For those large and/or heavy units,
equipment having special design requirements, high pressure operating conditions or
unusual materials of constructions; these are the application where PATTERSON's experience
will benefit the end-user.
Applications:
- Concentration of bi-products from food and feed industries
- Concentration of waste streams from food and feed industries
- Concentration of waste streams from steel mills and metal working industries
- Concentration of waste streams from chemical industries
Design Features:
PATTERSON Evaporators are computer designed for optimum performance at a minimum cost.
PATTERSON can either build to your designs or develop the equipment requirements from
your process parameters.
Units are designed, inspected and tested in our manufacturing facility to meet ASME
Code, Section VIII, Division I and TEMA "B" "C" and "R"
Standards.
Manufactured from a full range of Low Temperature and Regular Carbon Steels, Stainless
Steels, Inconels, Incoloys, Nickels, Hastelloys and Clad Materials.
Complete design, engineering and manufacturing under one roof with our modern
state-of-the-art, machining centers, automated tube to tubesheet
welding, weld preparation grinding equipment and automated welding systems.
Units can be individually designed to customer's material specifications and process
parameters. Complete the Evaporator Specification Sheet and submit by e-mail to
PATTERSON for quotation.
